高階經營團隊之相關議題一直是備受重視的研究主題,但過往關於高階經營團隊異質性對於廠商之影響之研究仍有不一致,因此本研究以動態競爭觀點為理論基礎,並將戰略聯盟和環境不穩定性這兩個干擾因素納入研究,以探究各個變數之間之關聯。本研究選擇全球航空產業作為研究對象,透過蒐集從2010到2019共10年的4351條產業相關新聞,並運用結構內容分析法建構出新聞資料庫,最後以階層迴歸模型分析,得到實證結果顯示:1. 高階經營團隊異質性程度越高,會正向影響焦點廠商行動數目2. 焦點廠商行動數目愈多,則焦點廠商績效愈佳3.戰略聯盟會強化高階經營團隊異質性與焦點廠商行動數目之間的關係4.環境不穩定性會強化高階經營團隊異質性與焦點廠商行動數目之間的關係。
The issues related to top management team have always been a research topic that has received much attention. However, previous research on the impact of top management team heterogeneity on firm is still flawed. Therefore, this study is based on the theory of competitive dynamics and incorporates the two interference factors of strategic alliances and environmental uncertainty into the study to explore the relationship between various variables. This study selects the global aviation industry as the research object, collects 4,351 industry-related news from 2010 to 2019, constructs a news database by using structural content analysis, and finally analyzes it with a hierarchical regression model. The empirical results show that: 1. The higher the degree of heterogeneity of the top management team, it will positively affect the number of actions of the focus firm. 2. The more the number of actions of the focus firm, the better the performance of the focus firm. 3. Strategic alliances will strengthen the relationship between the heterogeneity of the top management team and the number of actions of the focal firm. 4. Environmental uncertainty will strengthen the relationship between the heterogeneity of the top management team and the number of actions of the focal firm.
