工作生活品質是個人職場生活滿意度的重要指標,多年來備受企業管理的重視。本研究以訪談法收集資料,以三位聽障咖啡師為受訪對象,採SWOT 分析法,探討聽障咖啡師的工作生活品質。研究結果發現聽障咖啡師的工作生活品質如下:
一、工作條件:在工作薪資、福利等實質性報酬有個別差異。
二、 工作特性:普遍面臨較大的工作壓力、工作時間較長等。
三、 組織結構與氣氛:對於組織均有歸屬感、認同感。
四、工作關係:由於聽力受限,須克服與顧客溝通的困難。
五、未來發展:極力學習與成長,以突破各種工作挑戰。
本研究結果可提供經驗給未來想從事咖啡師工作的聽障者作參考,建議未來有更多研究以廣泛了解聽障咖啡師的工作生活品質。
Quality of working life is an important indicator of personal satisfaction in workplace life, and has been valued by corporate management for many years. This study collects data by interview method, takes three baristas with hearing loss as interviewees, adopts SWOT analysis method to explore their quality of work life. The results of the study found that the quality of work life of baristas with hearing loss was as follows.
1. Working conditions: There are individual differences in substantive remuneration such as
salary and benefits.
2. Work characteristics: Face heightened work pressure, longer working hours, etc.
3. Organizational structure and atmosphere: There is a sense of belonging and identification with the organization.
4. Working relationship: Due to hearing limitations, it is necessary to overcome the difficulty of communicating with customers.
5. Future development: Strive to learn and grow to break through various work challenges.
The results of this study can provide experience for people with hearing loss who want to
work as baristas in the future. It is recommended that more research be done in the future to better understand the quality of work life of baristas with hearing loss.
