| 摘要: | 大部分的新聞從業人員，對於「小時不讀書、長大當記者」這一句揶揄的話非常在意；由於採取傳播事業的自主管理方式，在台灣記者的資格是媒體機構認定而不需要經過官方審批的，與讀不讀書無關；這是一個國家對於人民言論自由的保障。
本篇是以影音深度報導為創作、取代論文的提報方式，研究成果分為兩部分，分別是實作影片以及報導企畫。
成為記者之後最基本的態度是對自己產製出的新聞負責，記者的工作內容，以及工作的方式，與一般的職業相比，有著顯著的差異，背負社會期待之外，也必須面對各式各樣的壓力；一名電視台的記者除了需要具備採訪新聞的技能、電視新聞更需要具備特有的專業職能，這一連串工作上的要求形成了特殊的工作壓力，因此新聞工作的經歷也就是一位記者在背負多種壓力之後的成長經歷。
本研究針對具有電視新聞工作經歷、但是已經轉換不同職業的前記者進行訪談，探討新聞工作經歷對轉換不同職業的影響，用以了解從事新聞工作並不是一項簡單的工作，透過影音報導的方式採訪了10人，其中9位曾經是電視台的記者，離開電視新聞後，分別進入與電視新聞完全不同的工作領域，在面對不同領域的職能要求下，過去的新聞工作經歷對新的職業提供了如何的幫助，另一位是商業管理領域的教授，以業界的角度觀察記者的工作、並提供了記者轉職的建議。
這一些因為受新聞經歷所具有的影響包括：追根究底的精神、危機處理的能力、對事情更容易具有條理的分析、更佳處理意外的能力、更佳的責任感、求新求變的精神、快速的反應、更加有效的掌握資源與時間節奏、對訊息的敏銳程度、不同的批判精神。
本篇報導並沒有直接探討具有豐富新聞工作經歷的記者，離開新聞圈對這一個社會來說究竟是好或壞，但是因為是影音報導並以論文提報的方式，將實際採訪影片留存下來，方便做為日後更深入的探討或是集整成更進一步的報導。
Most of the journalists are very concerned about the teasing saying that "you don't study harder when you are young, you grow up to be a reporter"; due to the self-management of the communication industry, the qualifications of journalists in Taiwan are recognized by media organizations and do not require official approval. It has nothing to do with study harder or not; it is a country's guarantee of people's freedom of speech.
This article uses in-depth audio-visual reports as the creation and instead of the paper submission method. The research results are divided into two parts, namely the actual video and the report plan.
The basic attitude after becoming a reporter is to be responsible for the news you produce. The job content and working methods of a reporter are significantly different from ordinary professions. In addition to bearing social expectations, you must also face different kinds of pressure; a TV reporter not only needs to have the skills of interviewing news, TV news also needs to have TV professional functions. This series of work requirements have formed a special work pressure, so the experience of news work is also a the reporter's growth experience after bearing various pressures.
This study conducted interview method with former journalists who had TV news working experience but have already switched to different professions. It explored the impact of news work experience on switching to different professions, so as to understand that journalistic works are not a simple job. 10 people were interviewed in this thesis, 9 of them were used to be reporters from TV stations. After leaving journalistic works, they entered into working fields that were completely different from TV news. Faced with the different functional requirements of the new fields, I found that the experience of the past news work provided a good basis for their new career. In order to help, the other is a professor in the field of business management, who observes the work of journalists from the perspective of the industry and provides suggestions for journalists to change careers.
Some of the influences of news experience to the former TV journalists’ transformations of work include: the spirit of finding out the truth, the ability to deal with crises, easier to analyze things in an orderly manner, the ability to deal with accidents is better, the sense of responsibility is better, and the spirit of innovation and change, rapid response, more effective control of resources and time rhythm, sensitivity to information, and different critical spirits.
This report does not directly discuss the positive or negative aspects for this society for journalists with rich experience in journalism to leave the news media. However, because it is an audio-visual report and it is submitted in the form of a thesis, the actual interview video is preserved for future in-depth discussion or integration into further reports. |
