| 摘要: | 隨著時代的進步，工商業社會的發達，旅遊已經成為大眾生活不可或缺的一部份，國人每年旅遊的人口總數也逐年上升，不同的旅遊方式也漸漸著影響我們的生活，旅遊種類方式的演進也越來越多元化，旅遊年齡層下降、收入穩定、經濟考量，旅遊的自主性也提高，根據觀光局2016年統計參考資料，除了2020年到2022年因為Covid-19疫情期間，旅遊人數減少以外，目前疫情狀況好轉，旅遊人口逐漸上升、旅遊需求量上升，為了符合大眾要求、符合不同旅遊的需求形式，所以產生不同旅遊供應的型態以對應多元對象並滿足不同需求，而產生多樣性旅遊類型：團體旅遊（group independent travel, GIT）、獨立自由旅遊者散客（free independent travel, FIT）、自助旅遊、背包客等等為例，不同旅遊模式都有其喜愛支持的愛好者，其中又以團體旅遊和自由行深受國人喜愛，其原因是團體旅遊大多多以安排的好好的，只要行李準備好，人出發即可，自由行的部分則是自主性較高，可以去自己想去的地方，避開不想去的地方，一切以自己的喜好為主，不過都有其優劣的地方，近幾年來對於不同旅遊的相關研究也增加了不少，所以本研究主要探討不同背景的旅遊需求者的旅遊動機對於旅遊滿意度的影響是否有顯著的影響力。

The evolution of tourism methods is becoming more and more diversified. According to the statistical data of the Tourism Bureau in 2016, except for the period from 2020 to 2022 due to the Covid-19 epidemic, the number of tourists is decreasing, In addition, with current epidemic situation has improved, the tourist population has gradually increased, and the demand for travel has increased. In order to meet the needs of the public and different forms of tourism demand, different types of tourism have appeared to correspond to multiple needs. Types of tourism: group independent travel, GIT、free independent travel, FIT、independent travel, backpackers, etc. as examples. Different travel modes have their fans who love and support them. Among them, group travel and independent travel are popular among people. The reason that group travel is mostly well-arranged. When you are ready, you can depart. The part of free travel is more independent. You can go wherever you want and avoid places you don’t want to go. Everything depends on your own preferences, but there are advantages and disadvantages. In recent years, the related research on different tourism has also increased a lot, so this study mainly explores whether the tourism motivation of tourism demanders with different backgrounds has a significant impact on tourism satisfaction. |
