    摘要: 本研究於合成PA66預聚物時,引入聚醚二胺(Jeffamine)作為安定與分散聚二甲基矽氧烷(Polydimethylsiloxane, PDMS)之作用,促使埃洛石(Halloysite, HS)更佳的分散,透過變動不同PDMS黏度及以上三者添加物比例,改善聚合物缺點並增強原有性能。合成產物經由FT-IR、XRD、TGA、DSC、接觸角、吸水性測試,鑑定其結構及穩定性。
    研究發現Jeffamine隨比例上升,降低 Si-O-Si、Si-CH3強烈的收峰與PA66的-(CH2)-受強烈-CH3吸收峰產生削弱及偏移,進而證實與PDMS相容受到改善;Jeffamine會使裂解點、最大裂解溫度、接觸角降低及吸水性提升,外觀較軟顏色偏黃。
    透過XRD證實 PDMS在低黏度(平均分子量低)與高濃度、高HS比例,促使結構呈現無定型態。由 DSC輔助證實結晶度降低,且三種添加物皆不會使熔點產生變化,但所需熔融焓會因添加比例有上升及下降趨勢;添加些許PDMS有助於最大裂解溫度提高,與黏度變化無關,此外韌性及接觸角角度增加、降低吸水性。PA66添HS因分散不均產物較脆,適當比例的PDMS與HS皆會使韌性增強,過量反而使機械性能降低。
    In this study, when synthesizing PA66 prepolymer, polyetherdiamine (Jeffamine) was introduced to stabilize and disperse polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) to promote better dispersion of halloysite (HS). By changing the viscosity of different PDMS and the ratio of the above three additives, the shortcomings of the polymer are improved and the original performance is enhanced. The structure and stability of the synthesized product were identified by FT-IR, XRD, TGA, DSC, contact angle, and water absorption tests.
    The study found that Jeffamine increased with the ratio, reducing the strong absorption peaks of Si-O-Si and Si-CH3, and the -(CH2)- of PA66, which was weakened and shifted by the strong -CH3 absorption peak, thus confirming that the compatibility with PDMS was improved; Jeffamine will reduce the cracking point, the maximum thermal degradation temperature, the contact angle and the water absorption, and the appearance will be softer and more yellowish in color.
    It was confirmed by XRD that the PDMS structure was amorphous at low viscosity (low average molecular weight) and high concentration and high HS ratio. It was confirmed by DSC that the crystallinity decreased, and the three additives did not change the melting point, but the required melting enthalpy increased and decreased due to the addition ratio; adding a little PDMS helped to increase the maximum thermal degradation temperature , Independent of viscosity change. In addition, toughness and contact angle increase, and water absorption decreases. The addition of HS to PA66 is brittle due to uneven dispersion. Appropriate proportions of PDMS and HS will enhance the toughness, while excessive amounts will reduce the mechanical properties.
