    摘要: 在現代化電腦通信產業製程中,存在著許多潛在危害因子,如切、割、捲、夾之物理性因子及化學性因子的危害。企業除了落實當地職業安全衛生法規外,基於落實企業社會責任的理念,來自於客戶對於作業員工所處工作區域的職業安全衛生要求及規範亦越發嚴謹,因此工作場所的安全文化儼然也受到企業關注。
    本研究針對國內某跨國電腦通信企業進行安全文化研究,嘗試瞭解研究個案企業台灣及大陸地區安全文化現況,並比較兩岸安全文化建構之差異。經檢視研究個案,主管督導、風險管理與安全知識,台灣與大陸間具顯著差異。主管督導構面台灣平均數6.03,大陸地區5.76,顯示台灣主管對於職場安全管理的督導優於大陸地區的主管;風險管理構面台灣平均數5.88,大陸地區平均數6.09,安全知識構面台灣平均5.84,大陸地區為6.10,顯示大陸地區員工對於職場的安全作業程序遵循程度較高。在檢視個人背景變項對個別安全文化構面及整體安全文化上的差異,個案公司女性員工整體安全文化表現優於男性員工。在不同年齡層的表現中,主管督導、風險管理、安全知識以21歲-30歲員工的級距表現為最佳。控制知覺、安全性格則以41-50歲為最佳,整體安全文化上亦以41-50歲為最佳。在教育程度部分以學歷低於大學/學院者有最佳的表現。
    There exist lots of hazards in manufacturing processes, such as physical hazards(including, cutting, rolling and folding) and chemical hazards. Enter-prises shall comply with local occupational safety and health law and also take its corporate social responsibilities. Due to customers’ requirements, the safety culture in the workplace is stricter than it used to be and it is also another the key issue to be addressed.
    The research object selected is a multinational company of the infor-mation and communications technology industry in Taiwan. This study inves-tigated the current status of safety culture both in Taiwan and mainland China, and also compared the differences in these two areas. The result shows that there are significant differences between Taiwan and mainland China in safety supervision, risk management and safety knowledge. The average of safety supervision in Taiwan is 6.03 and that of mainland China is 5.07. It means that the supervision of workplace safety management in Taiwan is better than in mainland China. The Average of the risk management in Taiwan is 5.88 and that of mainland China is 6.09. In terms of safety knowledge, Taiwan's average is 5.84, and that of mainland China is 6.10. It shows that employees in mainland China have a higher degree of compliance with safe procedures in the workplace than Taiwan. With the consideration of personal variables, the female employ-ees’ performance are better than male employees in safety culture overall. As for the performance in different age, 21-30 age group has the best perforamnce in safety supervision, risk management, and safety knowledge. Moreover, 41-50 age group has the best performance in perceived control and safety personality and the overall safety culture. In terms of education, the groups with the aca-demic qualifications lower than university/colleges have better performance.
