今日專案團隊在各行業中已非常普遍,探討影響營建專案工程團隊管理績效的研究相當少見。因此在眾多影響因素之間,哪些因素是影響專案績效的關鍵因素是本研究關注的議題,故本研究將領導成員交換關係、主管支持、溝通協調、專案能力視為自變項,探討其對專案績效之間的影響,進而提高營建專案績效。
本研究以營建專案工程團隊為研究對象,並採取便利抽樣調查方式,委託營建同業主管協助發放,問卷共發出400份,排除填寫不完整及個體答案選項一致的問卷99份,最後回收有效問卷301份,有效問卷回收率為75.25%。本研究結果顯示:主管支持、溝通協調與專案能力對專案績效具有正向顯著影響,領導成員交換則對專案績效影響不顯著;人口變項中之對年齡、婚姻、薪資對各變項中有產生差異。
因此本研究提供營建專案工程團隊四個建議如下:聘用已婚,年齡介於40~50歲具有專業能力之人才,擔任專案經理;為提升專案績效必需在主管支持、溝通協調及專案能力上加強。
Today, project teams are very common in all industries, there is very little research on the impact of construction project team management performance. Therefore, among the many influencing factors, which one is the key factor that affects project performance is the issue of concern in this study. This study examines the impact of leadership exchange, supervisory support, communication and coordination, and project capability as independent variables to improve project performance.
The construction project engineering team was the subject of this study, and construction industry executives were commissioned to assist in the distribution of the questionnaire. A total of 400 questionnaires were sent out, excluding 99 incomplete questionnaires and those with the same answer options. 301 valid questionnaires were returned, with a valid questionnaire return rate of 75.25%. The results of this study showed that: supervisor support, communication and coordination and project ability has a positive and significant impact on project performance. Leader-member exchange did not directly affect project performance. The demographic variables of age, marriage, and salary differed across variables.
Therefore, this study offers the following four recommendations for building project engineering teams: Married people aged 40 to 50 with professional skills should be employed as project managers; to improve project performance, supervisory support, communication and coordination, and project capabilities should be strengthened.
