本研究旨在了解外國旅客對台灣醫療觀光的認知與期望。本文獻中指出醫療觀光在旅遊業中扮演著重要角色,預計在未來十年內,醫療觀光將在全球範圍內擴展成為一個最熱門產業。台灣有著地理環境的優勢以及擁有21世紀最好的醫療新技術,再生免疫療法的全面啟動,有著好的療效,可促進海外人士來台意願提升及醫療觀光迅速發展。本研究以環境認知以及醫療知覺價值對旅遊意願三個架構進行探討,採用紙本問卷及網路問卷進行資料收集。本研究採用SPSS22.0電腦軟體進行描述性統計、信度分析、相關分析以及迴歸分析、作為資料分析法。共發放共280份。其有效回收261份。經資料分析結果顯示台灣醫療觀光環境認知與醫療知覺性價值對旅遊意願皆有正向顯著引響。最後本研究依據分析結果擬出相關建議:後續可針對台灣新醫療技術的開放,觀光醫療病患使用醫療品項的需求度及滿意度,以至服務品質需求再進一步做相關研究,以有效提升醫療觀光的效益。也為世人創造福祉。
This study aims to understand foreign tourists' perceptions and expectations of medical tours in Taiwan. This paper points out that medical tourism plays an important role in the tourism industry, which is expected to expand globally as one of the hottest industries in the next decade. Taiwan has the advantages of geographical environment as well as the best new medical technology in the 21st century. The comprehensive launch of regenerative immunotherapy has good curative effect, which can increase the willingness of people from overseas to come to Taiwan and develop the medical tourism rapidly. This study explores three frameworks of travel intention based on environmental cognition and medical perception value, and uses paper questionnaires and online questionnaires to collect data. In this study, SPSS22.0 computer software was used for descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, data analysis, and regression analysis methods A total of 400 copies are expected to be distributed. Estimated effective recovery of 350 copies. The data analysis results show that Taiwan's medical tourism environment cognition and medical perception value have a positive and significant influence on tourism intention. Finally, based on the analysis results, this research draws up relevant recommendations: the follow-up can be based on the openness of new medical technologies in Taiwan, the demand and satisfaction of medical patients using medical items in tourism. The further related researches can be conducted on service quality that needs to effectively improve the medical tourism, which also creates much benefit for the world.
