In order to further understand the influence of the communication network industry's marketing capabilities and exploration capabilities on the dynamic competitiveness of Taiwan's communication network industry, the first stage of this study is based on the characteristics of Taiwan's communication network industry, considering the carry-over of accounting subjects (carry-forward: fixed assets, Inventory, etc. are carried forward from the end of the period to the beginning of the next year), and the carry-forward concept is imported into the model and the effect of time is considered to build a "dynamic competitiveness" production process model, and use Dynamic DEA to obtain "dynamic competitiveness" in one execution calculation. Competitiveness”, analyzed from “communication equipment”, “network equipment”, “consumer electronics, information access, semiconductors, motherboards, optoelectronics/IO, software services” and “ electronic components”. The second stage uses truncated regression to explore the influence of marketing capabilities and exploration capabilities on the dynamic competitiveness of Taiwan's communication network industry, and formulate competitive strategies for reference by managers and investors. The study found that under the existing technical level, the degree of effective utilization of input resources, the average DEA efficiency of "communication equipment" is 0.447, which is better than "network equipment" 0.439, "consumer electronics, information channels, semiconductors, motherboards, Optoelectronics/IO, Software Services" 0.435 and "Electronic Components" 0.427 efficiency values. The overall efficiency results indicate that the "communication equipment" industry has better dynamic competitiveness than other sub-industries. Therefore, it is recommended that other industry managers learn from the communication equipment industry how to effectively manage resources to further improve enterprise efficiency. The truncated regression analysis points out that the exploration ability has a significant positive relationship with the dynamic competitive-ness, and the long-term development as the goal has its importance on the performance of the communication network industry.
