Abstract:	價值觀作為一定歷史發展時期的主客體關係的反映，為每個人、每個組織、每個社會自發或自覺的擁有。人的主體性存在決定了人的價值觀存在的客觀必然性。社會作為人的社會，各種各樣的價值觀總是存在於任何一個社會之中，尤其是在中國特色社會主義建設新時期，價值觀的多元更加凸顯，然而，在多元化價值觀的格局中，總有一種價值觀處於主導和支配地位，這就是中國特色社會主義核心價值觀。中國特色社會主義核心價值觀的探討，對於中國大陸具有迫切性，中國為了適應國際與國內形勢變化，不得不對意識形態提出的新要求及規範，中國共產黨如何發揚與落實中國特色社會主義核心價值觀，便成為重要問題，開啟本文的問題意識。中國特色社會主義核心價值觀，是建設社會主義核心價值體系的題個應有之義，是推動習近平新時代中國特色社會主義進一步深入發展迫切需要解決的一個重大理論和現實問題。本文的研究動機為：(一)學術界關於中國特色社會主義核心價值的研究，缺乏理論及系統性的研究，多半是意識形態的宣傳，缺乏整體性理論的探索，特別是從中國大陸的角度來進行分析，我身為大陸配偶，在兩岸都學習相關意識形態，使本人對於社會主義核心價值觀產生濃厚的研究興趣。(二)對於中國共產黨所宣稱關於中國特色社會主義意識形態建設思想的研究，究竟在國家層面如何實踐？其結果如何，引發本人的研究好奇心。(三)本人就讀文化大學國發大陸所，修習相關大陸意識形態和理論課程，產生相關的研究興趣。本論文的研究目的為：(一)了解中國特色社會主義核心價值觀的內容。(二)分析當代中國社會主義核心價值觀，進入改革開放後，從過去的毛澤東、到鄧小平、江澤民、胡錦濤和習近平等黨的主要領導人關於社會主義核心價值觀在國家層面的應用情況。(三)探討社會主義核心價值觀在國家層面的展現及其存在優缺點分析。本文採取意識形態的研究途徑及歷史的研究途徑；研究方法為文獻分析法。社會主義核心價值觀可以分成國家層面、社會層面與個人層面，本文主要針對國家層面等價值進行探討，從而發現不同時期的領導人在國家層面中重視與強調的地方。本文選擇國家層面中四種價值觀的探討，從不同領導人時期的實踐進行分析，從而使本文更為聚焦且更具可操作性。至於本文的研究價值為從探析價值觀概念的具體表現著手，將價值觀與價值觀統一，使得不再產生認知割裂；遵循歷史發展脈絡，對中國社會主義制度確立以來，特別是進入改革開放新時期開創中國特色社會主義以來，毛澤東、鄧小平、江澤民、胡錦濤和習近平等中國共產黨的主要領導人關於社會主義價值觀建設的主要思想和舉措進行系統的梳理，侷限在國家層面，進而總結經驗教訓。；對習近平新時代中國特色社會主義價值觀建設思想進行初步挖掘和整理，力爭概括出一個較為完整的、體例清晰的思想體系；在全面分析中國特色社會主義價值觀建設現實境遇的基礎上，對新的歷史條件下加強中國特色社會主義價值觀建設的全新路徑做出探索，對於富強民主文明和諧等價值觀的落實，此其為本文的研究價值。 The discussion of the core values of socialism with Chinese characteristics is of urgency for mainland China. In order to adapt to changes in the international and domestic situations, China has to put forward new requirements and norms for ideology. Become an important issue and open the problem awareness of this article. The core values of socialism with Chinese characteristics are the proper meaning of the construction of the socialist core value system, and it is a major theoretical and practical issue that needs to be solved urgently to promote the further development of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era of Xi Jinping. The research motivations of this article are: (1) The academic research on the core value of socialism with Chinese characteristics lacks theoretical and systematic research, and most of them are ideological propaganda and lack of holistic theoretical exploration, especially from the perspective of mainland China For analysis, as a mainland spouse, I have studied relevant ideologies on both sides of the strait, which has made me have a strong research interest in the core values of socialism. (2) Regarding the research on the ideology of socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics proclaimed by the Communist Party of China, how is it practiced at the national level? The result is what arouses my research curiosity. (3) I am studying at the National Development Institute of the Chinese Culture University, taking relevant courses on mainland ideology and theory, and generating relevant research interests. The purpose of this paper is: (1) To understand the content of the core values of socialism with Chinese characteristics. (2) Analyze the core socialist values in contemporary China, after the reform and opening up, from Mao Zedong in the past, to Deng Xiaoping, Jiang Zemin, Hu Jintao and Xi Jinping and other major leaders of the party on the application of the socialist core values at the national level. (3) Discuss the display of socialist core values at the national level and the analysis of their advantages and disadvantages.
