    摘要: 海上漏油對於生態的影響相當嚴重,在越短時間內能夠有效地回收漏油並再利用會是最好的解決辦法。本研究採用美耐皿海綿作為裝載廢油的載體,利用PDMS(疏水性材料)及OA-Fe3O4 MNPs(磁性材料)對海綿進行修飾,使其具有吸油且不吸水的特性,並以交變磁場(AMF)產生磁導熱使原油黏度下降,接著以外接式幫浦(抽油)連接海綿進行吸油的同時也在抽油,形成連續式的油回收系統。磁導熱技術有別於會受限於陽光不足的光熱轉換技術,在應用性上會更為廣泛。此油回收系統的疏水性海綿能夠迅速且選擇性地吸油,原油的附載量達自身的6倍重。此外,疏水性海綿可被加熱至110℃,整個油回收系統能回收的原油效率達每分鐘3.620g。結果表明這項磁導熱的連續式油回收系統是相當具有開拓性吸油系統,將預期可以有效地清除海上漏油。
    The ecological impact of marine oil spills is very serious because oil spills cause severe polluted problems in ecological environment. The best solution is to effectively recover and reuse the spilled oil in the shortest possible time. In this study, the sponge was modified with PDMS (hydrophobic material) and OA-Fe3O4 MNPs (magnetic material) to make it absorb oil and not water, and the viscosity of crude oil was reduced by electromagnetic induction heating with alternating magnetic field (AMF), and then the sponge was connected with an external pump to absorb oil and pump oil at the same time. This forms a continuous oil recovery system. The electromagnetic induction heating technology is different from the photothermal conversion technology, which is limited by the lack of sunlight, and the electromagnetic induction heating technology is more widely used. The hydrophobic sponge of this oil recovery system can quickly and selectively absorb oil, loading up to six times its own weight. In addition, the hydrophobic sponge can be heated to 110°C and the whole oil recovery system can recover crude oil with an efficiency of 3.620g/min. The results show that this electromagnetic induction heated continuous oil recovery system is quite a pioneering oil absorption system and is expected to be effective in removing and recovering oil spills at sea.
