摘要:	根據「中華民國國家發展委員會」人口佔老年人口10.3%，2070年增長至27.4%，顯示國人高齡化趨勢，根據「藥師公會全聯會」的資料庫從2007年開始到2016年，10年間由4061家成長到6,107家，2016年至2018年藥妝藥局產業幾乎呈現半停滯的現象，僅由6,017家變成6,224家。　　這樣的現象，是否意味著政府推動「醫藥分業」的決心與未來而躊躇不前，導至藥妝藥局產業的經營越來越困難。　　可見社區健保藥局在現行的醫藥分業制度下呈現經營上的困擾，藥妝藥局產業如何改善藥妝藥局因備藥不足的困擾，造成消費者雖持有處方籤(慢性處方籤)到藥局領藥，無法立即領到藥的困境。　　因此藥妝藥局產業如何導入創新服務，及提升藥妝藥局醫療服務品質，其最終目的是提供專業藥事人員給予消費者醫療保健，藥學之專業之觀念，藥事人員主動關懷患者用藥上的問題諮詢，提供患者最需要的醫療保健服務，透過創新服務可以產生更多便利性。同時幫助消費者獲得更多專業的衛教知識，讓藥事人員與消費者的互動變得更友善，對於藥局產業如何透過創新服務的發展,開拓藥局產業現階段所面臨的困境,藉由創造藥事服務帶來新的契機。 According to the "National Development Commission of the Republic of China", the elderly population accounts for 10.3% of the total population, and it will increase to 27.4% in 2070; it shows the trend of aging of the people. According to the database of the "Pharmacist Association" from 2007 to 2016, within 10 years, the amount of pharmacy industry has grown from 4,061 to 6,107 companies. However, from 2016 to 2018, the pharmacy industry has almost stagnated, grown from 6,017 companies to 6,224 companies only。　　Does this phenomenon mean that the government’s determination to promote "pharmaceutical division" is hesitating, and it leads to more and more difficulties in the operation of the pharmacy industry. 　　It can be seen that the community health insurance pharmacy is facing an operational trouble under the current pharmaceutical division system.. 　　How can the pharmacy industry improve the pharmacy’s problem of insufficient preparation of drugs which cause consumers not able to receive the drug immediately at the pharmacy despite holding a prescription sign (chronic prescription sign)? 　　Therefore, how does the pharmacy industry introduce innovative pharmaceutical services and improve the quality of pharmacy services? 　　Its ultimate goal is to provide professional pharmacy personnel to give consumers a professional concept of medical care and pharmacy. The pharmacy personnel take the initiative to care for patients’ medication problems and consultations, and provide patients with the medical care services of what they need most. It generates much more convenience through innovative service。　　At the same time, it helps consumers to obtain more professional health education knowledge, so that the interaction between pharmacy personnel and consumers becomes more friendly, 　　For the pharmacy industry, how to explore the dilemma faced by the pharmacy industry at this stage through the development of innovative services, and create new opportunities by the innovative service.
