    Abstract: 本研究主要目的在探討有氧舞蹈訓練對高中男子籃球球員體適能和自律神經活性之訓練效果。以松山高中籃球校隊12名(平均年齡為17.25±1.22歲)為研究對象,樣本接受實施為期12週,每週二次,每次1小時之有氧舞蹈訓練,分別於有氧舞蹈訓練前、後進行測驗,分為專項體適能(五點快速投籃、傳球、運球、防守步伐)、基本體適能(30公尺速度跑、握力、垂直跳、膝仰臥起坐、坐姿體前彎、伏地挺身、登階測驗)及自律神經活性。以t檢定考驗其前、後測各項之差異。其顯著水準為α=.05。研究結果發現:十二週的有氧舞蹈訓練對高中男子籃球球員:
    一'在基本體適能(30公尺速度跑、握力、垂直跳、膝仰臥起坐、坐姿體前彎、伏地身、登
    階測驗)等七項體適能達到顯著的增進效果。
    二、在專項體適能(五點快速投籃、傳球、運球、防守步伐)等四項專項技術方面,達到顯
    著進步效果。
    三、在自律神經活性(交感神經、副交感神經)方面,其副交感神經增強達顯著效果,交感
    神經則未達顯著差異。
    The main purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of aerobic on senior high school basketball players’ body, stamina, and reflex. We have 12 basketball players in Song Shan Senior High School (average age16.50±0.80). They performed one hour aerobic training twice a week for a period of 12 weeks in addition to the routine training program. Tests were done before and after the aerobic training. The tests include specialize fitness (speed spot shooting, passing, control dribble, and defense movement), general fitness (30meters sprint, grip strength, vertical jump, knee sit-up, forward sitting, push up, and bench step) and automatic nervous activity measurement . All the data were analysed and inspected by t-testing method and the standard deviation α=.05 . The results have shown that the effect of aerobic on senior high school basketball players:
    •General fitness: There are significant improvements on 30meters sprint, grip strength, vertical jump, knee sit-up, forward sitting, push up, and bench step.
    •Specialized fitness: There are significant improvements on speed spot shooting, passing, control dribble, and defense movement.
    •In automatic nervous activity measurement (sympathetic and parasympathetic nerve), the improvement is significant in parasympathetic nerve and the improvement for sympathetic nerve is not that obvious but still can see the differences.
