石斑魚輸出是屏東沿海養殖相當重要的水產活動,但面臨政府政策及養殖環境的變化下,近年來由原本的在地市場逐漸轉往東南亞、香港及中國大陸發展,形成相當特殊的漁業型態。本文為了理解該漁業產銷網絡,嘗試以行動者網絡理論為研究取向,其研究目的為:(1)釐清東港石斑魚產業網絡中的行動者及行動者在網絡間所扮演的角色與功能,(2)瞭解各個迴路因應市場競爭及國際情勢下所產生的網絡變異,(3)探討產業發展過程中所衍伸出的政治議題及其產業的發展本質困境。本文研究發現,經過文獻分析法的討論,透過產銷網絡的行動者分析,建構出東港石斑魚產業之三個空間迴路,在每個迴路的競合關係中,透過消費市場的跨境移動,達到最大利益的追求,以延續石斑魚養殖產業的永續發展。
The fish export of the grouper is a very important aquatic product in the coastal culture of Pingtung. However, under the changes of government policies and farming environment, in recent years, the original local market has gradually shifted to Southeast Asia, Hong Kong and mainland China, forming a rather special type of fishery. In order to understand the fishery production and marketing network, this paper attempts to use the actor network theory as the research orientation. The research purpose is to: (1) clarify the roles and functions of actors and actors in the Donggang grouper industry network in the network, (2) Understand the network variability generated by each loop in response to market competition and international situation.
