    Abstract: 擁有瀟灑外表並有著他人稱羨品味的常一飛,其實個性柔和且堅定。優秀、成功、有才華,是大家對他的印象,然而自信的他也曾經迷網,不知道未來志向,就像在一趟旅程中,偶爾會迷失方向,躊躇著不知如何向前,幸運的是,兜兜轉轉繞了一圈,最終找到了使他熱愛的廣告產業。常一飛在進入廣告公司的路途並不是一帆風順,但這並沒有澆熄他如火的希望,起步雖晚,卻更堅定,這一路的前行讓他遇到了許多能夠一起結伴同行的貴人及好友,面對旅程中所歷經的千山萬水,性格自信且無懼的他,總是奮勇直前,不望而止步。「All or Nothing」是他的信仰與個性,秉持著這樣的態度,再加上努力及熱情,使他不斷的產出好作品,引領創意人往正確的方向前行,他也靠著獨特眼光,為廣告產業發掘許多優秀人才,他希望所有對廣告有熱愛的人,都可以相信自己並大膽的表達,因為唯有表達,才能夠證明你的存在與價值。
    I-Fei Chand, known for his charming appearance and enviable taste, is actually a gentle and determined individual. Talented, successful, and gifted, are some of the impressions people have of him. However, even he has had moments of uncertainty, not knowing what the future holds, like when one is lost during a journey, not knowing how to move forward. Fortunately, by wandering around, he eventually found his passion in the advertising industry. I-Fei Chand, journey into the advertising industry was not smooth sailing, but that did not extinguish his burning desire. He may have started late, but he was more determined than ever. Along the way, he met many valuable mentors and friends, who helped him face all the obstacles he encountered. His confident and fearless nature always propelled him forward, never stopping. "All or Nothing" is his belief and personality, and by holding on to this attitude, combined with hard work and passion, he continuously produces good work, leading the creative people in the right direction. With his unique vision, he also discovers many talents for the advertising industry. He hopes that all those who love advertising will believe in themselves and express themselves boldly, because it is only through expression that one can prove their existence and value.
