摘要:	本研究旨在探討單身者社交自我效能與人際關係之關連，採「問卷調查法」，以臺北市與新北市25至44歲之單身者為研究對象，採配額取樣法，得有效樣本385份。研究工具包括：社交自我效能量表、人際關係量表及個人背景調查表。以描述性統計、單一樣本t檢定、成對樣本t檢定、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、雪費事後比較、皮爾森積差相關及強迫進入法多元迴歸進行分析。本研究發現單身者之「社交自我效能」與「人際關係」皆為中上程度。「教育程度」在「社交自我效能」與「人際關係」上達顯著差異，教育程度在大專以上者之人際關係及社交自我效能較佳。「婚姻狀況」在「社交自我效能」上達顯著差異，「從未結婚者」之社交自我效能優於「離婚、喪偶者」。「社交自我效能」與「人際關係」呈顯著正相關。單身者之「社交自我效能」對人際關係達27%之解釋力。建議家庭教育相關單位將社交自我效能與人際關係列入方案設計或活動重點，使單身者在社交場合中能輕鬆接觸人群及應對，以增進良好之社交自我效能與人際關係。 The main purpose of this study is to explore the correlation between social self-efficacy and interpersonal relationships of single people. Single people aged from 25 to 44 in Taipei City and New Taipei City were surveyed by quota sampling, and 385 valid samples were recruited. The research instruments include Social Self-efficacy Scale, Interpersonal Relationships Scales, and personal background questionnaire. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, one sample t test, paired sample t-test, independent sample t test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffé, Pearsons' product-moment correlation, and multiple regression analysis. The results show that single people's social self-efficacy and interpersonal relationships are above moderate degree. Single people's level of education shows significant differences on "social self-efficacy" and "interpersonal relationships." Single people with graduate degree have better social self-efficacy and interpersonal relationships. "Marital status" shows significant differences on social self-efficacy. Never married single people have better social self-efficacy than divorced and widowed singles. There are significantly positive correlation between social self-efficacy and interpersonal relationships. Single people's "social self-efficacy" predicts 27% variance of interpersonal relationships. Based on the findings of this study, it is recommended that family education centers and related institutes address the topics of social self-efficacy and interpersonal relationships when developing programs or related activities for single people; thus, single people can contact and deal with people more easily in social situations in order to enhance better social self-efficacy and interpersonal relationships.
