    Abstract: 工業4.0時代,全球競逐智慧科技發展趨勢的拉力,企業組織皆以高產能、數位化、自動化及智慧化產能為目標,而就業人口遞減的現實,優秀人才為兵家所爭,究竟企業需要招募具備哪些能力的人才,而具備企業所需能力之人才,是否能提高企業績效。因此本研究的問題係探討工業4.0後企業人才需求能力與企業績效關係之研究。
    本研究係採用問卷調查法,以企業的人資部及管理部門等專員級以上人員為發放對象,計發出137份問卷,扣除無效者,有效問卷為55份,有效問卷回收率為40.1%,另利用相關分析法及回歸分析法來分析資料,研究結果發現:
    一、工業4.0後的人才需求能力與企業績效具有顯著相關。
    二、企業人才需求能力對企業績效影響之重要性具有顯著差異。
    Industry 4.0 makes the global competition more and more seriously, so it is a important topic about improvement of Enterprise performance. This study would like to discovery the relationship between Enterprise talent demand ability and Enterprise performance after Industry 4.0.
    This research adopts the questionnaire survey method, with 55 data collected form the human resources department and management department of the enterprise. Using correlation analysis and regression analysis to analyze the data, the research results found:
    1.There is a significant correlation between enterprise talent demand ability and enterprise performance.
    2.There is a significant difference in the importance of the enterprise's ability to demand talents on the impact of enterprise performance.
