本研究的目的主要探究台中市父職參與的現況、母親鼓勵父親參與的現況;同時探討父職參與對幼兒社會能力之影響,與母親鼓勵父親參與是否對父職參與俱有調節作用進而增進幼兒社會能力的發展。本研究採用問卷調查法,自「臺中市政府教育局資料開放平台」內臺中市所有立案私立幼兒園共計 229家,採立意取樣法抽取20家幼兒園,取樣對象為幼兒園大班幼兒之父親,共發出 450份,收回 360 份有效問卷,並以描述統計分析、項目分析、信度分析、Pearson 積差相關分析、階層迴歸分析等統計方法進行分析。
本研究獲得以下結論:
一、父職參與在臺中市區,參與程度具有中高層度的涉入。
二、母親鼓勵父親參與在臺中市區,參與程度具有中高層度的涉入。
三、父職參與與幼兒社會能力有顯著相關。
四、母親鼓勵父親參與對父親參與的調節達顯著的解釋力,研究顯示母親鼓勵父親參與是促進父職參與更多親職活動程度的關鍵角色。
依據上述研究結果,本研究提出具體建議與學校單位、家長及未來研究者參考,以期有利與此議題相關推行與處遇方式,並對未來研究有所助益。
The purpose of this study is to explore the nature of paternal participation, the current situation of mothers encouraging fathers to participate the parenting activities with the child in Taichung city. At the same time, this paper discusses the influence of paternal involvement on child socioemotional and whether mothers encourage fathers to participate in paternal involvement has a moderating effect on socioemotional development in childhood.
In this study, a total of 229 registered private kindergartens in Taichung city were selected from the "Data Open platform of Education Bureau of Taichung Municipal Government" by questionnaire survey method and 20 kindergartens were selected by intentional sampling method. The sampling objects were the fathers of children in senior classes of kindergartens. A total of 450 questionnaires were sent out and 360 valid questionnaires were recovered. It was analyzed by descriptive statistical analysis, item analysis, reliability analysis, Pearson product difference correlation analysis, class regression analysis and other statistical methods.
The following conclusions are obtained:
1. In the urban area of Taichung, the involvement degree of fathers is middle to high level.
2. Mothers encourage fathers to participate, the level of participation is middle to high level in the Taichung metropolitan area.
3. Paternal involvement is significantly correlated with child socioemotional.
4. Mother's encouragement has significant explanatory power to father's involvement. The research shows that mother is an incredibly important influencer to promote the fathers participated in more parenting activities with the children
Based on the above research results, this study provides specific suggestions for schools, parents and future researchers. It is expected to be helpful for the implementation of this issue and for future research.
