    題名: 臺中市托嬰中心托育人員工作滿意度、工作價值與工作壓力之相關研究

    摘要: 本研究旨在瞭解臺中市托嬰中心托育人員工作滿意度、工作價值觀、工作壓力之現況,並進一步探討其背景因素、工作滿意度、工作價值觀與工作壓力之關聯性及預測力。研究方法採用隨機抽樣方式進行托嬰中心托育人員工作滿意度、工作價值觀、工作壓力之問卷調查,以臺中市公、私立托嬰中心托育人員為研究對象進行資料蒐集,問卷總計發出350 份,回收305 份,刪除6 份填答不完整問卷,總計有效問卷為299 份,共計有效問卷回收率達86%。問卷調查資料回收以統計套裝軟體SPSS18.0 進行分析,資料分析主要採用統計方法包括:描述性統計、獨立樣本t 檢定考驗、單因子變異數分析和皮爾森積差相關、逐步多元迴歸分析等。統計分析的結果彙整主要研究結論。
    如下:
    一、臺中市托育人員整體工作滿意度平均數為3.15,此表示托育人員整體工作滿意度呈現中上程度,其中以「薪資福利」感受程度最大「工作回饋」壓力感受程度最低。二、臺中市托育人員整體工作價值平均數為3.09,此表示托育人員整體工作價值觀呈現中上程度,其中以「專業成長」感受程度高,「人際關係」感受程度低。
    三、臺中市托育人員整體工作壓力平均數為2.83,此表示托育人員整體工作壓力呈現中低程度,其中以「人際關係」感受程度最大「班級經營」感受程度最低。
    四、臺中市托育中心托育人員工作滿意度之工作回饋感受程度,因婚姻狀況背景變項的不同,有顯著差異。
    五、臺中市托育中心托育人員價值觀之人際關係感受程度,因機構規模背景變項的不同,有顯著差異。
    最後,根據研究結果與結論,提出幾項建議,以供主管機關、托嬰中心經營者、托育人員及未來研究者之參考。
    This study aims to understand the job satisfaction, job values, job stress of Infant Care Providers in Taichung City. It will also further explore its background factors, job satisfaction, job values and relevance of the work pressure and predictive power. The research method adopts a random sampling method to conduct a questionnaire survey on job satisfaction, job values, and job stress of Infant Care Providers in Taichung City. The public and private Infant Care Providers in Taichung City are used as examples. A total of 350 questionnaires were sent out, 305 completed ones were recovered, and 6 incomplete questionnaires were deleted. The total valid number of questionnaires was 299, and the total effective questionnaire recovery rate was 86%. The data collected from the questionnaire was analyzed by the statistical package software SPSS18.0. The main statistical methods for data analysis included: descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test test, single factor variance analysis, Pearson product difference correlation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The results of the statistical analysis summarize the main research conclusions as follows:
    1. The overall job satisfaction of Infant Care Providers in Taichung City is 3.15, which means that the overall job satisfaction of Infant Care Providers is at a medium to upper level. Among them, "salary and benefits" is the most experienced and "job feedback" is the least experienced.
    2. The average number of job value staff of overall staff in Taichung City Nursery is 3.09, which means overall job values is moderate to upper level. Among them, "professional growth" is most experienced, and “relationships” is least experienced.
    3. The overall job stress of Infant Care Providers in Taichung City is 2.83, which means that the overall work pressure of nursery staff as medium to low level. Among them, the level of "interpersonal relationship" is the most experienced and "class management" is the least experienced.
    4. The degree of work feedback experience of Infant Care Providers in Taichung City is significantly different due to different background variables of marital status.
    5. The degree of perception of interpersonal relationship among Infant Care Providers in Taichung City varies significantly depending on the size and background variables of the organization.
    Finally, based on the research results and conclusions, several suggestions are put forward for reference by the competent authority, nursery center operators, nursery personnel and future researchers.
