    摘要: 所謂的企業社會責任是企業應負其於環境、社會及治理之責任，亦即企業在創造利潤、對股東利益負責的同時，還要承擔對員工、對社會和環境的社會責任，企業社會責任因有內部由上而下組織政策執行及永續策略的計劃並投入公益活動及環境永續的社會目標。
    電動車與自動駕駛是汽車業的革命性轉變，全球汽車製造業者均支持這項政策，台灣是世界上電子產品數一數二強，很多關鍵零組件都由台灣廠商製造。當然，電動車普及除了廠商成本降低還要有政府擴設充電站及其他基礎設施投資才可能達成這項目標。
    和泰汽車把企業社會責任CSR與SDGs相亙對應建立永續發展目標，納入經營規範中促進營運績效及財務績效的同時，遵守商業道德重視企業社會責任等才能符合永續發展，企業需要政府一同努力才能往一致性的目標邁進。

    Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is the responsibility of companies for envi-ronmental, social and governance issues. That is, while generating profits and being ac-countable to the interests of shareholders, we also have a social responsibility to our em-ployees, to the community and to the environment. CSR is based on internally organised top-down plans for policy implementation and sustainability strategies, as well as com-mitment to public service activities and environmentally sustainable social objectives.
    Electric vehicles and autonomous cars are changing the automotive industry. Global vehicle manufacturers support this policy. Taiwan is one of the world's leading manufac-turers of electronic products, and many key components are manufactured by Taiwanese manufacturers. Of course, this can only be achieved if the government invests in the ex-pansion of charging stations and other infrastructure, in addition to lower costs for manu-facturers.
    Hetai Motors has established the Sustainable Development Goals by aligning CSR and SDGs. Incorporating operational performance and financial performance into the op-erating disciplines while promoting. Sustainable development is only possible if we re-spect business ethics and corporate social responsibility. Corporates and the Government have to work together to move towards the same goal.
