Life insurance companies establish an incentive system for employee retention. Meanwhile, in the occupational field, it is discovered that the incentive system mo-ti-vates employees well. This study aims to find out how the incentive travel system can affect retention through motivation. The verification method is quantitative analysis by sampling survey, including background component, incentive travel system, motivation effect and retain intention. The study shows that incentive travel system, motivation ef-fect and retain intention have a significant impact on employees with different func-tions and wages. The schema validation indicates that motivation effect is a partial mediator for how the incentive travel system affects the retain intention. In other words, this study proves that, in life insurance sector, the incentive travel system definitely has an impact on retain intention via motivation effect.
