Abstract:	本研究旨在探討諮商心理師運用團體諮商，作為介入社區、提供心理專業服務的策略之成效與限制、反思與展望，並提出諮商心理師未來訓練應增補的內容與方向。本研究採取立意抽樣方式，邀請四位曾在三重社區大學的開辦團體心理諮商的工作者，三位團體參與者做為研究訪談對象，透過質性研究取向，以半結構式的深度訪談法進行資料蒐集，再以「主題分析法」進行資料分析。透過研究者對文本資料的詮釋，歸納出六個主題來呈現在社區大學推廣團體諮商的經驗：（1）背景：心理行業的困境；（2）目標：提供一般社會大眾心理諮商體驗；（3）對象：社區團體諮商中不一般的民眾；（4）歷程：社區團體諮商與民眾遭逢的經驗；（5）反思：社區團體心理諮商工作者團隊的基本態度；（6）展望：兼顧靈活與框架的永續經營策略。研究者根據研究發現，提出三點研究結論：（1）諮商心理專業不是精神疾患專屬，而是當代社會日常生活所需；（2）社區心理諮商能力不只是技術與理論，還包含營銷與團隊合作；（3）進入社區工作應該做好準備、堅持倫理與框架、靈活調整形式，並針對未來研究方向、諮商心理師培訓、以及心理師法、社區心理衛生中心……等國家政策層面提出具體建議與省思。 The purpose of this study is to examine the effectiveness and limitations of group counseling as a strategy for consulting psychologists to intervene in the community and provide professional psychological services, to reflect on it, and to propose additional contents and directions for future training of consulting psychologists. This study adopted an purposive sampling method, inviting four group counselors and three group participants who had worked at San Chong Community College, New Taipei city, were invited as interviewees for the study, and the data were collected by semi-structured in-depth interviews and analyzed by "thematic analysis method" through qualitative research orientation. Through the researcher's interpretation of the textual data, six themes were summarized to present the experience of promoting group counseling in community colleges: (1) Background: the plight of the psychological profession; (2) Objective: to provide a general public counseling experience; (3) Target: the unusual people in community group counseling; (4) History: the experience of community group counseling and the people; (5) Reflection: the basic attitudes of the community group counseling workers; (6) Prospect: a sustainable management strategy that takes into account flexibility and framework. Based on the findings of the study, the researcher proposes three conclusions: (1) the psychological counseling profession is not exclusive to mental illnesses, but is needed in the daily life of contemporary society; (2) the competency of community psychological counseling is not only technical and theoretical, but also includes marketing and teamwork; (3) one should be prepared to work in the community, adhere to ethics and framework, and adjust the format flexibly.
