Abstract:	本計畫擬針對阿富汗、伊拉克與利比亞的國家建立進行分析，除可檢視現行對於國家建立是否失敗的概念外，亦可藉由案例的比較，理解外來干預者與權力分享機制，如何對於國家建立過程產生影響，並將分析近期的發展，包括阿富汗的塔利班執政後的情勢、伊拉克2021年選後情勢與2022年利比亞選後的政治情勢。
