The provisions of the Police Equipment Use Ordinance on the use of firearms are necessary to be discussed, and it is necessary to improve them in the future and enrich education and training to improve the accuracy of the use of guns by police officers, so as to meet the needs of the police and the expectations of the people, so that the applicability of police officers in the use of firearms can be improved.
Therefore, the focus of this study is not on the use of firearms by police officers to legalize the evidence, but on the expectation of providing the correct method in the psychological abdomen of police officers before firing the gun. The research method, mainly from the judicial judgments over the years, analyzes the reasons for judging the use of guns before using firearms, and establishes persuasion for the psychological action of judging guns. After analyzing the common types of firearms in judicial judgments, how to define the importance of on-the-spot evidence is made and make suggestions.
