Abstract:	因澎湖縣位於離島特殊的地理位置且富有不同的自然環境及歷史人文，就資源及師資上較無本島充足廣泛，在這情況下是否造成訓練環境及訓練方法上的困難或需要更多樣的訓練方式。然而現今訓練方法日新月異，為了使成績更為進步，科學化訓練也越來越被重視跟使用。本研究目的如下：1、了解澎湖縣基層籃球教練訓練的方法及特色；2、了解運動教練與選手之間互動的關係；3、從中了解整體訓練方式；4、分析澎湖縣基層籃球教練領導校隊所面臨的問題。 Because Penghu is located in a special geographical location on an outlying island and has a different natural environment, history, and culture, it is less abundant and extensive than the island in terms of resources and teachers. In this case, does it cause difficulties in the training environment and methods or require more diverse training methods? However, training methods are changing with each passing day. To make the grades more advanced, more and more scientific training is paid attention to and used. The purpose of this research: First, to understand the training methods and characteristics of grassroots basketball coaches in Penghu County. Second, to understand the interactive relationship between sports coaches and players. Third, to understand the overall training method. Fourth, to analyze the leadership of the grassroots basketball coaches in Penghu County, the problems faced by the team
