Abstract:	本計畫從夫妻性別角色態度切入，探討通勤婚姻之家庭行為決策。首年計畫提出以加計通勤時間的單位時間工資，修正「時間可得論」及「資源論」對家庭家務分工行為的解釋。第二年探討夫妻性別角色態度對婚姻滿意度的調節效果，將有助於夫妻面對非傳統性別分工之婚姻生活壓力及調適。預期態度的改變將對邁向實踐家庭分工去性別化及家務公平之兩性平權社會更進一步。第三年重新檢視通勤行為與居住成本間的抵換效果，討論通勤時間價值及價格彈性對分偶家庭形成機率影響。預期提供做為住宅政策抑制房價、都市計畫之住業均衡（jobs-housing balance）及國土、區域均衡發展的參考。
