二、「槳黑卵蜂Telenomus remus防治秋行軍蟲潛力評估」1.槳黑卵蜂試驗族群之建立:陸續自屏東科技大學及屏東地區採得漿黑卵蜂,並以秋行軍蟲及斜紋夜蛾進行試驗母族群之建立,目前已建立8個品系。2.秋行軍蟲寄生性天敵種類調查:自田間採集秋行軍蟲卵塊,攜回實驗室使其孵化,採得卵寄生蜂,進行種類鑑定,其中最主要種類為槳黑卵蜂(Telenomus remus),另外採得赤眼卵寄生蜂(Trichogranma spp)、台灣甲腹繭蜂(Chelonus fornosanus)。3.田間採集秋行軍蟲幼蟲,採得幼蟲寄生蜂,包括馬尼拉小繭蜂 (Snellenius manilae)、一種繭蜂(Cotesia sp.) 、一種姬蜂(Diadegma sp.)及一種索線蟲科(Mermithida)天敵。4.在無選擇試驗中,槳黑卵蜂對1 日齡和 2 日齡的秋行軍蟲卵寄生率不具差異顯著性,但對3 日齡卵的寄生率明顯較低。另外再選擇性試驗中,3 日齡卵的寄生率也顯著低於 1 日齡和 2 日齡卵,顯示槳黑卵蜂偏好產卵於新鮮的秋行軍蟲卵粒上。寄生秋行軍蟲不同日齡卵粒的槳黑卵蜂的羽化率隨著卵齡的增加而逐漸下降。三、「設施栽培作物應用褐蛉防治蚜蟲類害蟲之釋放技術開發」

Evaluation of the potential of Telenomus remus for biological controlling of the fall armyworm :We have established experimental populations of Telenomus remus using eggs of Spodoptera litura and Fall Armyworm. The parasitic wasps of fall armyworm collected and surveyed this year hardly exist in the conventionally cultivated corn fields, and the probability of appearing in the fields without pesticide application or organic cultivation is high. The parasitic natural enemies collected and surveyed include 3 types of egg parasitoids and 2 species The larval parasitoids, as well as the Ceratidae family, can parasitize on the larvae of the fall armyworm, and its utilization potential will continue to be observed in the future. .A. ovalis prefers to lay eggs on fresh one-day-old or two-day-old fall armyworm eggs, and its eclosion rate is also higher.
