    摘要: 國內銀行對企業授信模型最常使用評估方法為企業資本額、企業規模、財務狀況、保證人、擔保品、企業年資及行業類別以及徵信報告等,做為貸款准駁、利率高低或是額度降減的依據,但往往對中小型企業及餐飲業來說,透過銀行現行授信模型很難申辦到貸款;反之,對銀行來說也因此流失掉較優質的潛在客戶。本研究目的是以銀行授信模型,透過網路資訊對熱門的餐飲業增加授信決策評估,達到互利互惠的效果讓銀行新增加授信業務,同時對於餐飲業可獲得融資的機會。
    本研究透過國內外文獻蒐集,採用德菲法(Delphi Method)找出銀行對熱門餐飲之授信評估的關鍵因素有三大構面與30項準則,再利用層級分析法 (Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP) 求取出三大構面、13準則之權重,進行研究分析,歸納出銀行針對熱門餐飲業之授信估後,原取得授信條件的貸款額度以及評估風險後得到的授信利率,再新增加考量網路數據評估,重新評估增加貸款額度或是降低貸款利率的可能性;或授信案件中原無可承作貸款空間條件,因納入網路數據評量後,成為可承作的授信案件,藉以協助中小餐飲企業順利取得資金或是較優良的授信條件結果,降低借款的付款壓力,同時對銀行而言是增加貸款的收益。

    Domestic banks’ most commonly used evaluation methods for corporate credit models are corporate capital, corporate size, financial status, guarantor, collateral, years of corporate establishment and industry category, and credit reporting, etc., as loan qua-si-rejection, the level of interest rate, or limit reduction. However, it is often difficult for small and medium-sized corporate and the catering industry to apply for loans through the bank’s current credit model. Otherwise, the Bank also lost high-quality potential customers. The purpose of this research is to use the bank credit model to increase the credit decision evaluation of the popular catering industry through online information, to achieve mutual benefit, and to allow the bank to add new credit business and obtain financing opportunities for the catering industry.
    In this study, through the collection of domestic and foreign literature, the Delphi Method was used to find out the key factors of the bank’s credit evaluation of popular restaurants. There are three dimensions and 30 criteria, and then the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is used to find take out the three major dimensions and the weights of the 13 criteria, conduct research and analysis, and summarize the bank's credit evalua-tion for the popular catering industry, the original loan limit of the credit conditions and the credit interest rate obtained after evaluating the risk, and then addnew network data to consider Evaluate and re-evaluate the possibility of increasing the loan limit or low-ering the loan interest rate, or there is no loan space condition in the credit case, it be-comes a credit case that can be undertaken after being included in the online data evalu-ation, and as to assist small and medium-sized catering corporate. The successful acqui-sition of funds or the result of relatively good credit conditions reduces the payment pressure of borrowing and at the same time increases the benefits of the loan for the bank.
