    Abstract: 為因應腎臟移植患者(renal transplant recipients, RTRs) 營養、術後移植腎臟存活風險評估及心血管健康議題之需求,本研究預計透過此三年期計畫申請建立具本土代表性之腎臟移植資料庫,確認以飲食多樣性評估RTRs飲食品質之準確性,以企業管理規劃工具與設計思考方法學進行RTRs營養照護管理永續發展策略與建議,提昇我國慢性腎臟疾病照護品質與降低醫療服務利用之龐大支出。
