Abstract:	夜經濟是當城市社會經濟發展到一定階段時出現的經濟形態。2019 年以來中國大陸夜經濟的大熱，正是各大城市釋放消費潛能、轉變經濟結構、尋求經濟新增長點的客觀反映，是加大内循環經濟，促進經濟社會環境協調發展的重要研究方向。如何通過夜市經濟來推動内循環經濟的增長，形成以國內大循環為主體，國內國際雙循環相互促進的新發展格局。是中國大陸在現階段提出發展業態多元、體驗豐富的一種經濟表現。本論文研究著重於從分析海口市夜市的發展來找出與內循環經濟的關聯性和發展因素，並且分析海口夜市這個個案的發展歷程和實務經驗，將現今執行的夜市經濟模式和經營策略，進行歸納整理，探討出夜市經濟和內循環經濟兩者之間的相互關聯和影響，希望能給予政府部門、企業團隊和相關協會協助以及商圈升級改造、在發展內循環經濟上有所參考之依據，並將藉由研究擴及中國大陸各地，以更寬廣的角度探討努力的方向和指標，為構建中國大陸統一大市場的新發展格局提供可行的路徑選擇。 Night market economy appears as an economic form when urban economy develops to a certain stage.The boom of night market economy is an objective reflection of major cities releasing consumption potential, transforming economic structure and seeking new economic growth points since 2019 in China. It is an important research program to increase internal circular economy and promote coordinated development of economy, society and environment. How to promote the growth of internal circulation economy through night market economy, which forms a new development pattern with domestic major circulation as the main body and double circulation promoting between domestic and international.It is a kind of economic performance that Chinese mainland puts forward to develop diversified forms of business and rich experience at the present stage. This paper emphasizes on the analysis of the development of night market in Haikou city to find the development and correlation factors of internal circular economy.The thesis analyzes the case of the development and practice experience of Haikou night market economy in order to generalize night market economic model and business strategy implemented today. The study explores mutual impact between the night market economy and internal circular economy hoping to give references to government departments,enterprises and association in business upgrading and internal circular economy development. The findings will be adopted by Chinese mainland,which can offer a feasible path selection of new development patters in a more broad perspective building a unified big market for China.
