    Abstract: 過去的研究較常見純粹就鞋墊材質或硬度做比較分析,或純粹就揹負負重做比較分析,大多研究是以上坡行走為主,關於下坡行走相關研究甚少,而實際上登山運動包含了揹負負重上/下坡行走,故本研究藉由穿著不同硬度足弓支撐鞋墊實施不同揹負負重的上/下坡行走,收集足底壓力和下肢運動學參數。社會上預期能引起大眾對登山運動預防下肢肌肉骨骼傷害的重視。經濟上預期能促成鞋墊廠商創新研發適用登山運動揹負負重上/下坡走路之足弓支撐鞋墊,未來或許可應用推廣至物流搬運業和營造業,以及軍人和消防員等揹負負重族群,提升經濟產值。學術研究方面預期能建構研究各足弓支撐硬度和揹負負重的組合下所產生的足底壓力和下肢運動學模式。
