    Abstract: 本計畫擬分析美國環境預報中心(NCEP),研發之作業預報模式(CFSv2)所產生的地面溫度預報為基礎。分析2011-2020年季節尺度下,東亞地區地面溫度預報表現。診斷分析方法包含正交矩陣函數分析,以分析季節尺度下東亞地區海陸溫度的時空分佈特徵。機率密度函數分佈分析,以評估十年間發生高溫低溫等頻率的密度分佈。以溫度機率密度函數分析所得之百分位,訂定溫度預報之季節展望表。除此之外,根據客觀分析預報隨月份與季節增加所產生誤差的狀況,提供適當校驗方法,以期能提供給國家災害防救科技中心(NCDR),有效提升其中長期預報的能力。
