    摘要: 韓國的遊戲市場規模於2020年創下歷年最高紀錄;臺灣的手機遊戲市場規模在2020年,世界手機遊戲市場營收排名中佔據第7名,創下歷年最高紀錄。臺灣的遊戲市場長期以來深受韓國遊戲影響,故臺灣與韓國的遊戲市狀況以及玩家習性相似度極高。
    臺灣的遊戲市場,長期以來都是以代理遊戲為主,然而隨著遊戲趨勢的變化,遊戲營運方針、行銷執行等方向也隨著時代在改變,這部分對於臺灣的遊戲市場衝擊相當大。
    本論文研究主旨在於為了讓臺灣的遊戲產業能夠借鏡韓國在遊戲產業的成功模式,讓臺灣遊戲產業再恢復到顛峰時代,並讓韓國遊戲企業也能夠更加了解臺灣的遊戲市場現況,有機會能夠雙方攜手合作持續站在全球遊戲市場的前端。
    透過研究發現韓國政府長期對於遊戲產業的扶植,並積極培育遊戲產業人才之下,成功打造出韓國遊戲在全球遊戲市場中佔有舉足輕重的地位。
    而臺灣的遊戲市場規模雖然在全球中占有重要一席之地,但以遊戲產業的發展角度來看,臺灣的遊戲產業是呈現倒退發展的階段。
    主要原因是因為政府對於遊戲產業的扶植仍然有限,導致產業發展受限、人才培育不足。
    在新冠肺炎的影響之下,全球的遊戲市場規模持續成長,面臨後疫情時代的來臨,預測全球的遊戲市場規模將會持續正面成長。如臺灣能夠積極扶植遊戲產業、韓國的遊戲產業也能打破目前的瓶頸,未來臺韓兩國將會在全由遊戲市場中佔有不可或缺的地位。

    In 2020, South Korea's game market was set a historical record. Taiwan's mobile game market was ranked 7th in the world's mobile game market in 2020. Taiwan's game market has been deeply influenced by Korean games for a long time, so the game market condition and player habits of Taiwan and South Korea are very similar. Most of game companies in Taiwan act as agent of foreign games in domestic. However, with the changes in gaming trends, the business model has also changed with the times. This part has a considerable impact on Taiwan's game market.
    The main purpose of this thesis is to allow Taiwan's game industry to learn from Korea's successful model in the game industry, to restore Taiwan's game industry to its peak, and to allow Korean game companies to better understand the current situation of Taiwan's game market. The two parties work together to continue to stand at the forefront of the global game market.
    Through research, it is found that the Korean government has long supported the game industry and actively cultivated game industry talents, successfully creating Korean games to occupy a pivotal position in the global game market. Although Taiwan's game market occupies an important place in the world, from the perspective of the development of the game industry, Taiwan's game industry is in a stage of retrogressive development. The main reason is that the government's support for the game industry is still limited, resulting in limited industrial development and insufficient talent training.
    The influence of the Covid-19, global game markets continue to grow up. The value of game markets in Post-pandemic era will continue to grow positively. If Taiwan can actively support the game industry, South Korea's game industry can also break the current bottleneck. In the future, Taiwan and South Korea will occupy an indispensable position in the game market.
