    Abstract: Nowadays human resource is a critical problem of modern companies. Especially the pandemic has shown us every company has to be prepared for any situation. Not only financially also it requires to management how to retain the Well-developed workers in the company.
    Every company has to be improved employee engagement management and contain skill developed workers. What if human resources managers wish to inspire and try to take good benefit from their knowledge workers, they have to concentrate to job crafting. Well-developed Job crafting guides to commitments, fulfilment, inspiration, also leads to Job performance and gives the company good benefits.
    According to this study, I conducted the impact of job crafting on job performance and the achievement of employee engagement in Developing countries’ well-performed, developed workers. Job crafting is usually focused on proactive behavior from employees to initiate changes in their job demands and resources to make their jobs more essential, delightful, and engaging. It expects that the job is a crafting guide to engagement, fulfillment, and inspiration, which could be excellent for job performance.
    During this research of HRM I have chosen by 30 people of 17 males, and 13 females via the social media. The result shown as positive relationship between job crafting to job performance and mediating effect of employee engagement.
