摘要: | 本研究藉由分散性染料組合的相容性,探討其與聚酯纖維得色穩定性的關聯,並判斷出各配方染色再現性優劣,從個別分散性染料的染色吸收行為試驗中,得到了單支染料在特定濃度下的初始吸收溫度(T1)和染料的最大上色速率(V)。文中利用十二支染料,組成六組染色組合,以階段染色觀察其同色調上染性(On-tone build up),逐一進行數據分析比較並得出結論,發現其與組合的個別染料的吸收曲線大致互相呼應,而且其吸收曲線越相近者(即T1和V值一致的程度越高),其同色調上染性越佳,亦即該染料組合的相容性越好。
在染色溫度的依存性試驗中,發現染料組合的相容性越好,其間的色差值變異越小,而且其數值均在一般品牌商要求的0.6以下;另外,也發現Lab色座標(△L,△a,△b)值的落點亦較為集中,表示其得色的穩定性越高,相對地,其染色再現性也較佳。
In this study, the compatibility of disperse dyes was used to explore the relationship between them and the color stability of polyester fibers. From the dyeing absorption behavior test of individual disperse dyes, the dye uptake of a single dye at a specific concentration was obtained. In this paper, twelve dyes are used to form six groups of dyeing combinations, and their on-tone build up is observed by staged dyeing. Data analysis and comparison are carried out one by one and a conclusion is drawn. It is found that the absorption curve of the individual dyes in combination is roughly The more similar the absorption curves are (that is, the higher the degree of consistency of T1 and V values), the better the dyeability of the same tone, that is, the better the compatibility of the dye combination.
In the dyeing temperature dependence test, it was found that the better the compatibility of the dye combination, the smaller the variation of the color difference value between them, and the values were all below 0.6 required by the general brand; in addition, it was also found that the Lab color coordinate (ΔL, Δa, Δb) values are also more concentrated, indicating that the stability of the color is higher, and the dyeing reproducibility is relatively better. |
