摘要: | 半導體在台灣的發展已有幾十年的歷史,台灣在全世界的半導體產業佔有一席之地,台積電、聯電在這幾十年相互競爭及成長,使相關產業(IC設計、封裝、測試等)也跟著帶動了起來,更讓台灣半導體業在國際之間具有競爭力。台灣在整頓公司治理制度的同時,如何跟上世界趨勢、學習歐美各國長處,並探討台積電,如何能在競爭激烈的企業中屹立不搖,並且從企業社會責任的觀念中,徹底實踐社會責任,並提升企業形象、利益與永續性,強化企業的競爭力,進而讓企業永續經營且回饋於社會。 本研究採用個案研究法、文獻分析法、比較研究法,探討台積電實施企業社會責任與經營管理成效之間的關聯性。 研究結論主要期望藉由對個案的研究分析及比較,希望所有企業以台積電公司為例,「取之於社會,用之於社會」發揮企業在社會當中的價值觀,對社會整體的互動及企業本身的未來發展是有幫助的,讓企業永續經營且回饋於社會。
The development of the semiconductor industry in Taiwan has a history spanning several decades, and Taiwan plays a pivotal role in the global semiconductor industry. During these decades, TSMC and UMC have been competing with each other and growing, and so have related industries (IC design, packaging, testing, etc.), making Taiwan's semiconductor industry globally competitive. This paper discusses how Taiwanese companies, while revamping the corporate governance system, can keep up with world trends and learn from the strengths of advanced western economies. The paper also explores how TSMC can stand firm in the midst of fierce competition, and from the concept of corporate social responsibility, it can thoroughly implement social responsibility, and enhance the corporate image, interests and sustainability, strengthen the competitiveness of the company, so that it can operate sustainably and give back to society. This paper employs the case study method, document analysis method, as well as comparative research to investigate the correlation between TSMC's implementation of corporate social responsibility and corporate management effectiveness. The conclusion of the study is to conduct analysis and comparative studies on the case subject in the hope that all companies will take TSMC as an example and "take from the society and use it on society" to fully embody the values of the company when it comes to society. This is helpful to the interaction of the society as a whole and the future development of the company itself, so that the company can operate sustainably and give back. |
