摘要:	台灣的高等教育投入觀光領域的教學由來已久，但是在領隊的培訓課程仍有不足，致使學生從事領隊工作時常出現旅遊危機。為加強學生的職場競爭力，本研究探討以問題導向學習的方法對團體旅遊中領隊危機處理能力的適用性，藉以教學提升觀光系大學生的領隊危機處理能力。首先收集職場上專業領隊導遊在帶團中較常遇見的旅遊危機種類，作為教案依據，再於大學觀光系的旅遊服務管理相關課程中進行問題導向教學。授課完成後用問卷調查學生對於授課老師引導學生的學習動機與態度、課程內容的安排及教學法的成效。本研究採用驗證性因素分析去建構領隊危機處理能力量表的信效度及配適度。教學前先對所有研究對象施以「領隊危機處理能力量表」前測，教學完畢後施以後測，將所得的資料以成對樣本t檢定及獨立樣本t檢定的統計方法進行分析。分析結果如下：PBL教學對於領隊危機處理的指揮和資訊能力、協調與整合能力、管理與學習能力、環境壓力能力皆有顯著性的提高。有工作經驗的學生在協調與整合能力、管理與學習能力、及環境壓力能力三方面有顯著性差異。以PBL教學法進行教學之後的研究顯示，學生對於課程在學習動機與態度、課程內容的安排及教學法的滿意度都很高，表示學生在整體課程中都肯定PBL能培養學生自主學習及問題解決能力，而且除了樂意參與學習活動和覺得上課有趣外，也對自己學習能力與學習效果感到自信及滿意，而這一結果也在本次研究印證了PBL為提升領隊危機處理能力適合的教學法。 Taiwan's higher education has been devoted to teaching in the field of tourism for a long time, but the training courses for tour leaders are still insufficient, resulting in frequent tourism crisis for students engaged in tour leader work. In order to strengthen the competitiveness of students in the workplace, this study explores the applicability of problem-based learning to the tour leader's crisis management ability in group tourism, so as to improve the tour leader crisis management ability of tourism undergraduate students through teaching. First, collect the types of tourism crises that are often encountered by professional tour guides in the workplace, as the basis for teaching plans, and then carry out problem-based teaching in the tourism service management related courses of the University's Department of Tourism. After the lecture, a questionnaire was used to investigate the students' motivation and attitude towards the teacher's guidance of students, the arrangement of the course content and the effectiveness of the teaching method. This study developed a reliable and valid measure to assess the crisis management skills of the leaders, using a validated factor analysis to construct the reliability and appropriateness of the crisis management skills scale for leaders. The data obtained were analyzed using paired and independent sample tests. The results of the analysis revealed that the PBL teaching had significantly improved students' command and information skills, co-ordination and integration skills, management and learning skills, and environmental stress skills in leadership crisis management. There were significant differences between students with work experience in the areas of coordination and integration skills, management and learning skills, and environmental stress skills. After using the PBL teaching method, students were highly satisfied with the motivation and attitude towards learning, the arrangement of the course content and the teaching method, indicating that students were positive that PBL could develop students' independent learning and problem-solving skills throughout the course. This result also confirms that PBL is a suitable teaching method for improving the tour leader's crisis management ability.
