| 摘要: | 本研究採用質性研究法，試圖從家庭動力和個人動力的的觀察，深入了解網路成癮者的心路歷程，進而探討面對成癮子女的父母，內心深處有著什麼樣的壓力和焦慮，也就是所謂家長的悲與愁。
本研究所探討的問題為：（一）網路成癮對個人及其家庭所造成的負面影響有哪些？（二）父母在面對子女因網路成癮而出現身心不適應時，內心有哪些感受和情感的糾結？（三）網路成癮這個議題的背後又隱藏了哪些問題？
本研究總結訪談七位研究對象後，了解到網路成癮只是外顯問題的一部分，其背後還有著更多的議題可以探討，並有以下幾點發現：（一）網路成癮的診斷仍然欠缺足夠的臨床實證和研究，尤其是網路成癮經常拌隨其它精神疾病出現的情況下，其實很難斷定是不是網路成癮。以本研究的研究對象而論，由於ADHD或ADD患者的特質，其實很難確定兩者之間的因果關係；（二）父母的婚姻品質對於子女的心理健康會有所影響，如果父母關係不和睦的確會影響到子女對家庭的感受，而子女長期在這樣的環境下可能容易出現焦慮或憂鬱的傾向，並對這個家庭感到不滿意，進而怨恨父母或對其不諒解；（三）父母對於子女沈迷於網路，其內心最大的煎熬和擔憂是對子女生活的失序及未來可能脫軌的人生；（四）家庭動力的失衡和親子間溝通品質的不良對子女會有潛移默化的影響，功能欠佳的家庭雖不致於一定會導致子女偏差行為的產生，但對其身心的發展和人生觀會有一定的影響。不過，網路成癮不必然是以上這些問題所致，但這些問題卻可能讓子女找不到出口。
This study adopts the qualitative research method, trying to understand the mental process of Internet addicts from the observation of family motivation and personal motivation, and then explore what kind of pressure and anxiety parents have in their hearts in the face of addicted children , which is the so-called parent's sadness and sorrow.
The questions discussed in this study are: (1) What are the negative effects of Internet addiction on individuals and their families? (2) When parents face their children’s physical and mental discomfort due to Internet addiction, what feelings and emotional entanglements do they have in their hearts? (3) What problems are hidden behind the issue of Internet addiction?
After interviewing seven research subjects, this study concluded that Internet addiction is only a part of the apparent problem, and there are more issues that can be discussed behind it. The following findings are made: (1) The diagnosis of Internet addiction There is still a lack of sufficient clinical evidence and research, especially when Internet addiction often occurs along with other mental illnesses, it is actually difficult to determine whether it is Internet addiction. As far as the research object of this study is concerned, due to the characteristics of ADHD or ADD patients, it is difficult to determine the causal relationship between the two; (2) the marital quality of parents will have an impact on the mental health of children, if the parental relationship is not Harmony will indeed affect children's feelings about the family, and children may be prone to anxiety or depression in such an environment for a long time, and feel dissatisfied with the family, and then resent their parents or do not understand them; (3) For parents, their greatest suffering and worry is the disorder of their children's lives and the possible derailment of their lives in the future; (4) The imbalance of family motivation and the poor quality of communication between parents and children will have a subtle influence on children, and their functions are not sufficient. Although a good family will not necessarily lead to children's deviant behavior, it will have a certain impact on their physical and mental development and outlook on life. However, Internet addiction is not necessarily caused by the above problems, but these problems may cause children to find no way out. |
