    摘要: 都市建築的規範深影響著都市發展的型態,然其形式背後的代表著什麼邏輯?而此空間的語意邏輯是否能夠被轉譯?Computer Generated Architecture (CGA)語意的形式操控反映整體都市建築模型的型態,而此二者間是否存在既定關聯值得研究。又台灣為因應潛在災害風險,特制定「都市危險及老舊建築物加速重建條例」,重新定義了建築高度、建蔽率及其基地環境的組合,將會帶來整體都市建築型態的何種的變化?本研究針對台灣都市型態之建築規範語意的程序建模方法之研究,除了探討其對都市建築型態的可能影響之外,並應用CityEngine其綜合自動化程序建模的效能,不僅可以提出有效建構台灣都市建物3D模型的可能方法,而且可以節省大量的人力與成本,提升整體都市實質性能的評估,亦端賴此高效能的都市建築模型的快速的回饋反映,不僅可作為空間政策決策的參考,亦可提供其規範調節修正的可能。 本研究110年度提出時原為2年,唯只通過1年,本期大致完成原第一年的計畫,其整體預期研究項目與成果包括:(1).都市整體程序建模基礎資料庫:如資料項目類型、資料分析平台、資料分析成果等。(2).整體都市模型建立與3D展示:都市3D量體模擬展示、地形圖自動化轉檔模組等。(3).CityEngine CGA自動化模擬平台:CGA街廓3D建物模擬展示、CGA街廓建物程序自動化模組。(4).危老建物量體參數自動化建模:危老建物量體參數建模展示、危老建物量體參數建模自動化模組等。(5).自動化建模與自動化效益評估:ModleBuilder地形圖自動化轉檔、CE CGA街廓建物建模程序自動化、Rino危老建物量體參數建模自動化等。盼第二年能夠後續提出後允准。
    The norms of urban architecture deeply influence the pattern of urban development, but what logic does it represent? And can the semantic logic of this space be translated? The semantic formal manipulation of Computer Generated Architecture (CGA) reflects the form of the overall urban architectural model, and whether there is an established relationship between the two is worth studying. In response to potential disaster risks, Taiwan formulated the "Regulations on Accelerated Reconstruction of Urban Hazards and Old Buildings", which redefines the combination of building height, coverage rate and base environment, and what kind of overall urban architecture will be brought about Variety? This research is aimed at the study of the semantics of the building codes of Taiwan's urban morphology and the procedural modeling method. In addition to discussing its possible impact on the urban architectural morphology, and applying CityEngine's comprehensive automation to the effectiveness of procedural modeling, not only can it be effective A possible method for constructing a 3D model of Taiwan’s urban buildings can save a lot of manpower and costs, and improve the evaluation of the overall urban physical performance. It also relies on the rapid feedback of this high-performance urban building model, which can not only be used as a space policy decision For reference, it can also provide the possibility of regulation and modification. This study was originally 2 years when it was proposed in 110, but only passed 1 year. This period has roughly completed the original plan of the first year. The overall expected research projects and results include: (1). The basic database of urban overall program modeling : Such as data item type, data analysis platform, data analysis results, etc. (2) Establishment of the overall urban model and 3D display: urban 3D volume simulation display, automatic topographic map conversion module, etc. (3).CityEngine CGA automation simulation platform: CGA street outline 3D building simulation display, CGA street outline building program automation module. (4) Automatic modeling of the physical parameters of dangerous and old buildings: the modeling display of the quantitative parameters of dangerous and old buildings, the automatic module of the quantitative parameter modeling of dangerous and old buildings, etc. (5) Automated modeling and automated benefit assessment: Automatic conversion of ModelBuilder topographic maps, automation of CE CGA street building modeling program automation, automation of quantitative parameter modeling of Rino dangerous and old buildings, etc. Looking forward to the approval after the second year.
