Abstract:	我國半導體的新技術與發明常在美國申請專利，以保障日後銷美市場無虞，本計畫研究美國半導體元件專利的創新知識流動及合作特性，檢測發明人及專利權人所在城市的活躍程度，有助政府與業界掌握半導體專利在跨區合作平台上的產業位階，利於研擬城市競爭策略並布局適切之行動方案，帶動國家半導體產業的創新卓越性與領導能力。
