Abstract:	本計畫預計建立的決策模型，可建構由多重法則構成的評估模型，應用領域廣泛，包含金融犯罪偵測，甚至是醫療診斷等應用。為推廣其實用性，本計畫預計應用在「公司治理」的主題。透過交易所「公司治理中心」的歷年資料，結合上市櫃公司的年報資訊整理，此模型可探索攸關「公司治理」績效變化的多重法則，提供管理團隊、主管機關與投資人可理解的關鍵知識。良好的公司治理可健全企業與股市的良性發展。此外，也預計將公司治理研究所得之知識，延伸至發展證券型代幣募資的數位金融市場。
