Abstract:	如本研究能證明社區能源合作社此種以「地方自主共榮」為主的能源操作能具體改變社區的能源知能，甚至也能建立更永續的能源實踐作為，其範例或可改變目前政策的資源分配架構，讓政府轉而重視地方社區的培力機制，讓社經資源較顯不足更有機會接受進行社區賦能。若此，除加速我國的能源轉型進程，擴散學習效果，其研究結果更可能為我國政治轉型提供新典範，樹立社區公眾參與式民主的新模式，為台灣建構新的政治文化與輪廓。
