    Abstract: 本研究將探討服務行業中數位科技如何重塑的客戶體驗的形成。截至2020年8月,本研究從九個高影響性的服務學術期刊中收集了1,846篇文章並以社交網絡分析與統計集群方法來分析這些文章的關鍵字。研究結果將可識別出影響顧客體驗的數位接觸點與數位體驗相關的研究主題。此外,透過社交網路分析與集群分析將可發展出一策略地圖來了解數位體驗的研究趨勢與進程。策略地圖不僅能解釋”哪種”資訊科技與資訊科技”如何”影響服務業的相關因子外,亦能展現服務業相關知識體系的模式和知識結構。而趨勢分析則能對資訊科技在範圍,方式和演進方面對服務業的轉型有所貢獻。
