摘要: | 台灣少子化及人口老化速度超乎預期之快速,長照2.0社區關懷據點,是預防照顧社區網絡的前哨站。實施多年來多倚賴政府資助,透過公辦民營或招標方式營運之非營利事業組織,面對新冠肺炎疫情所帶來的經濟影響及衝擊,更是雪上加霜難以生存。必須結合創新的商業模式,串連資源突破限制,甚至轉型發展提供多元整合性服務。並且吸取他國長者社區照顧成功經營實例的經驗,為非營利事業組織創造出商業價值,使非營利事業組織的宗旨使命可以延續,運作經營可以自給自足永續發展,此乃本研究的主要目的。
