    Abstract: 社會連結、薪酬委員會、董事及經理人薪酬、企業績效,為現今社會、經濟及學術等面向所重視的議題。本研究計畫以2013年至2020年台灣上市及上櫃公司為樣本,探討薪酬委員會成員的社會連結對董事及經理人薪酬績效敏感性之影響,即運用文字探勘方法及聯立方程模型探討台灣上市及上櫃公司董事及經理人(包括:總經理、副總經理及主要經理人)薪酬與企業績效(包括:股東權益報酬率、資產報酬率及Tobin’s Q)之相互關聯性,並考量社會連結、負盈餘企業及家族企業的影響。研究結果可彌補台灣研究文獻之不足,且將有助於政府相關單位、實務界及學術界,審酌所探討主題之相關政策成效,以提昇國家、產業及企業之競爭力。
