    Abstract: MJO是熱帶對流層大氣最顯著低頻震盪現象,與東亞和西太平洋地區劇烈天氣現象發生頻率息息相關。熱帶森林砍伐影響MJO 的強度與結構,亦會對台灣水文環境變遷會造成重要的有衝擊。21世紀的熱帶地區森 林砍伐和土地覆蓋變化已經成為一個重要的議題,而海洋大陸地區土地覆蓋變化率為世界最嚴重的地區,此研究議題亦為現今跨國際氣候研究”Year of Maritime Continent (YMC)”的重要研究方向。
