Abstract:	本計畫有別於以往心流經驗與工作績效研究之框架，將以工作背景音樂指標為核心概念，運用發展整合型之研究法，系統性的來探索與開發，國際觀光旅館餐廳內場工作場域背景音樂之指標。並整合心流經驗與工作績效之實證分析，能彌補過去多以問卷調查法或僅以實驗法來檢視工作環境影響工作績效模式之缺口，乃學術理論與餐旅實務工作上之重要創新與突破貢獻，並結合實驗法進行驗證分析，結果可供餐旅相關領域學者與餐廳經營管理者應用與參考。
