Abstract:	因此本計畫以建構國內高齡族群的媒體與資訊素養能力指標為起點，透過文獻分析、專家訪問、團體焦點座談與問卷調查等方法，逐步建構高齡者的媒體與資訊素養能力指標。然後再以此份能力指標作為測量的工具，調查國內高齡者的媒體與資訊素養能力，分析各能力與人口變項的各種關聯。研究成果提供具理論與信效度的高齡者能力指標，可作為學術研究與政策推動的基礎；調查結果更可提供國際社會瞭解台灣社會。最終達到縮小數位落差、共創數位包容的和諧社會。
