    Abstract: 利用簡單的混成來製作出銀奈米線/中空聚吡咯奈米管奈米複合材料薄膜(Ag NWs/hollow PPy NTs)在室溫下具有可偵測ppb等級硫化氫氣體(H2S)之氣體感測器。利用掃描電子顯微鏡耦合(SEM)、穿透式電子顯微鏡(TEM)、X 光繞射儀(XRD)和傅立葉轉換紅外光譜(FTIR)分析Ag NWs/hollow PPy NTs奈米複合材料的形貌、相組成和晶體結構。本研究針對添加Ag NWs的量對於Ag NWs/hollow PPy NTs 奈米複合材料感測特性及其影響。比較氣體感測結果顯示,將Ag NWs複合在hollow PPy NTs可有效促進感測器對硫化氫氣體的反應。本實驗重點發現,Ag NWs/hollow PPy NTs奈米複合材料在室溫下對極低濃度(ppb等級)的硫化氫氣體具有明顯的感度。
