The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among parenting styles of sixth-grade elementary school children in New Taipei City, internet use behavior and learning adaption. The survey samples consisted of 467 sixth-grade elementary school children in New Taipei City. The instruments included Parenting Styles Scales, Internet Use Behavior Scales, and Learning Adaption Scales. The collected data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics, independent-sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, and multiple-stepwise regression analysis. Conclusions were as follows:
    1. In terms of current status, the sixth-grade elementary school children in New Taipei City achieved a middle level of parenting styles, internet use behavior and learning adaption.
    2. In sixth-grade elementary school children in New Taipei City, different parents’ education level and internet using situation showed significant differences in parenting styles.
    3. In sixth-grade elementary school children in New Taipei City, different gender、mother’s education level and internet using situation showed significant differences in internet using behavior.
    4. In sixth-grade elementary school children in New Taipei City, different gender、mother’s education level、father’s career and internet using situation showed significant differences in learning adaption.
    5. Overall parenting styles had significantly positive correlated with overall internet using behavior. Ignore indifference had significantly negative correlated with overall internet using behavior.
    6. Overall parenting styles had significantly positive correlated with overall learning adaption. Ignore indifference had significantly negative correlated with overall learning adaption.
    7. Overall internet using behavior had significantly positive correlated with overall learning adaption. Leisure and entertainment had significantly negative correlated with learning methods.
    8. Parenting styles and internet using behavior could effectively predict learning adaption in sixth-grade elementary school children in New Taipei City.
Based on the research conclusions, the researcher provided some specific suggestions to elementary schools, teachers, parents and future researchers for references.
